Mentorship
Programme
The I.N.V.E.N.T. mentorship programme is conducted yearly after the Leadership Summit. Beneficiaries are selected from the pool of participants at the summit and paired with corresponding volunteer career professionals (Mentors).

Learning Kit &
School Supplies
This initiative targets students in low-income groups. Poverty is the bane of most drop out options. The objective of the intervention is to provide essential educational support supplies to students and schools that need learning kits and assessories

Leadership
Summit
The annual I.N.V.E.N.T. Youth Leadership Summit is a core Educational Support Programme (ESP) on the i.n.v.e.n.t project. Since 2012, over 5000participants have been trained year-on-year on goal-setting, ethical responsibility, leadership and career guidance.

Scholars Aid
Scholars’ Aid is primarily conceived to assist outstanding students on the I.N.V.E.N.T project from the low-income groups. It is almost a waste of talent when high-performing students have to drop out of school due to parents' or guardians' inability to pay tuition or exam fees

Teach Her
The implications of ignoring the girl-child are far-reaching and the consequences can inhibit the progress of building an inclusive society. The Teacher Teach Her is conceived to help the girl child who is often the victim of most social crimes, negligence and denials learn to feel safe while in school or elsewhere

Teachers are vital to a nation’s development. The Teachers’ Training targets empowering and equipping teachers with the latest best practices in pedagogy whilst the award ceremony seeks to recognize teachers who have continued to positively impact students and the community
